Rose Archer

Rose Archer has lived in Bend for over 8 years. Formerly a professional chef at Broken Top and the owner of 12 O'Clock Tart, she now dedicates her time to her new son and husband. She has been a volunteer with multiple non profits over the years, and this is her first board position. Rose looks forward to bringing her passion and skills together to become a huge asset to the FAN Foundation.
